Lifetime Resources, Inc. applied for, and was granted a Rule 245B license by the Department of Human Services effective July 9, 2002 to provide residential services to people with developmental disabilities in Hennepin County.

On October 1, 2002, we opened our first home serving four women with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors in Hennepin County. In December of 2002 we were asked by Hennepin County to take over an existing program serving four men with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors.

We began working with Dakota County in 2003 to develop a residential program for two men with developmental disabilities and challenging behaviors. We applied for and obtained an additional 245B license to provide residential services in Dakota County. The program opened in February 2003. The following July we acquired a three person program serving men. We were granted permission to expand the program to four men in September 2003. We acquired a two person program in Hennepin County on December 1, 2003.
